riginally the Atlantic Inn, the building has undergone several large renovation projects over the years, first as a coach house, gentlemen's lodging, a hotel and later as a catering & banquet hall with picnic grounds and bowling lanes. The building was purchased by Louis & Margaret Pietrangelo in 1961 and was converted into the Richmond Funeral Home. In 1989, August A. Tolomie & James A. Kinsella, Jr. purchased the funeral home, and continue the tradition of providing quality service the the families of Staten Island.
